• How long are the vouchers valid for?

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase however, we are keen on extending them if required depending on the circumstances. 

• Can I add a personalised message?

Yes, however, personalised messages can only be added on printed gift cards which are posted by our team on request.

• Could I receive a printed voucher? How long would it take to be delivered?

All vouchers are emailed as PDF however, our team is more than happy to create bespoke gift cards with personalised messages. Please email us at reservations@thecloveclub.com. 

• Are vouchers refundable?

All vouchers can be refunded within 72 hours from purchase. If you require a refund after this time, please email us at reservations@thecloveclub.com
