Our April tasting menu includes snacks to start, five courses and sweets to finish.  The meal takes around two hours and requires a few simple finishing touches, anyone can do at home. 

Deliveries are made nationwide every Friday. To receive your box for Friday please order by Monday 10pm.

    COMPLETE YOUR MENU

    Scottish Langoustine for two in two servings — £70.00

    First serving: 3 Langoustine tails per person served with a Langoustine and Indonesian long pepper butter to warm them through, and Cedrat lemon and Aleppo pepper gel and spring herbs to serve.


    Second serving: Langoustine Bisque noodle soup, made with Langoustine shells, Cognac, carrot juice, milk  and Rishiri Kombu, with house made somen noodles, Italian peas,, Florence fennel and kohlrabi.

    Included in your order is an electric milk frother for you to whizz your soup up to make it lighter.
